Horrendous, mind blowing pain today. My daughter finishes year 6 (primary school) today but all of her year group except her and a friend are self isolating (they were already self isolating before) so I invited the friend to play for the afternoon but clearly stipulated that she and her Mum - who is a really lovely lady and easy to chat to - must only stay up to 2 hours due to my jaw. Unfortunately, I am an old softy and the girls were having such a wonderful time I let it carry on despite everything becoming excruciatingly painful and whoozy. Can hardly move my jaw, am dizzy, swollen...

Please don't make the same mistake as me. Know matter what; listen to your body. Pain is there for a reason!
